Kids Village Ski School at Sundance

Are you and your family out enjoying the snow this season? As part of our goal to help our students become well-rounded, healthy and active, Kids Village is offering a Ski School program through Sundance.

Ski School is offered to current Kids Village students and siblings of students. Children must be between the ages of 4-8 to participate.

What is ski school?

Ski School is a program offered by Kids Village through Sundance Ski Resort to teach children the lifelong skill of skiing. Skiers will participate in group or semi-private lessons with dedicated instructors who teach children the basics of skiing and ski safety. The goal of Ski School is to get children out on the slopes in a fun and welcoming environment that helps them become comfortable with and excited about skiing while helping them develop essential and safe skiing habits and skills.

When is ski school?

Kids Village typically offers 2 ski school sessions at the beginning of the year. For the 2017 season, Session One has already filled, but there are still spots open for Session Two which begins on March 1st.

Classes are held every Wednesday for 5 weeks. Classes are 2 1/2 hours each and begin at 1:00. Skiers must arrive by 12:30

What does tuition include?

5 Semi-Private 2 1/2 Hour Lessons
Two students per instructor

Group lessons may still be available. Call Kids Village for details.

Tuition for Ski School includes 5 classes (sorry, no make-ups or refunds available for missed classes) and afternoon lift tickets.

Ski and Helmet Rental is an additional
Helmets are suggested but not required

How do I register my child?

Ski School is only available to current Kids Village students and siblings of students. Children must be 4-8 to participate. You will need to fill out a registration and release form. Tuition is due at registration and required to hold your child’s spot in the program.
